Virginia set to become fourth state to ban cosmetics testing on animals

BREAKING: A bill to end the sale of animal-tested cosmetic products in Virginia has passed initial subcommittee hearings in both the House and Senate – a noteworthy step in Virginia’s efforts to become the fourth state to ban the sale of cosmetics tested on animals. We want to thank Delegate Kaye Kory and Senators Jennifer Boysko and Bill Stanley for their continued support of this important legislation.

If you are a Virginia resident, make sure to reach out to your state representatives and voice your support for the Humane Cosmetics Act, as the next step for both chambers is a full committee hearing.
