CURRENT NEWS AND ALERTS

A Gallup Poll, which has been tracking Americans’ views on the moral acceptability of 12 issues –including medical testing on animals—was released earlier this week.  Results of the “Values and Beliefs” poll show that the overall percentage of Americans that find medical testing on animals morally acceptable has declined over the past 12 years, with the biggest change being seen in younger Americans, ages 18-34, whose support of medical testing on animals has dropped 18 points.
